HML worked with the Cathedral over a year with patient professionalism. Firstly, the Cathedral needed to establish a brand and logo. HML was there from the beginning of our conversations regarding the new website. Then, the Cathedral needed a clear message and a website that would drive traffic through social media and other methods of communication. Once we did this, HML coached and encouraged us on the pathway to create and build the Cathedral website. The consultation from the outset was thorough and professional, with prompt response times to our questions. Alongside this, there was always the opportunity for a telephone conversation or face-to-face meetings. When the Cathedral website was ready, HML provided excellent training for all the Cathedral staff. It was not only the preparation and care from the outset that made this partnership successful, but the installation, training and follow-up. Since the website has been active, as the Dean, I have received many commendations and praise. The new Cathedral website is modern, easy to use for those of us who keep it up to date, and those who visit it. The number of people hitting our website has increased since HML's creation, and we receive regular data on the website use to we can monitor and respond to who is accessing the website. So, the after service provided by HML is exemplary. Finally, I commend HML to you for it's professionalism, patience, understanding of the organisation, and exemplary service and care.
